Shipping
Shipping is free everywhere in the United States. Orders leave our US warehouse and you get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created.
We do not print a delivery date we cannot keep. If you need something by a particular day, write to us first and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery, for any reason at all, including no reason. We pay the return label. There is no restocking fee and no form to fill in.
Send it back unworn and unwashed with the tags on and we refund the full amount to the original card as soon as it reaches us.
The wrap
What size is it? One size. The Reader's Wrap is 30 by 70 inches, The Evening Wrap is 78 by 28 inches. Both drape rather than button, so there is nothing to measure and nothing to get wrong.
How do I wash it? Machine wash cold on its own, tumble dry low. No fabric softener, it flattens the pile.
Is it too warm for indoors? No. It is a fleece wrap, not a duvet. It is meant for a chair, a porch or a cool room.
The chains
Will they fit my glasses? Yes. The silicone loops stretch over thin wire temples and thick acetate ones, readers and sunglasses alike.
How long are they? 28 inches, which sits at about the collarbone.
Gifts
Everything arrives in a kraft gift box with a ribbon, so there is nothing to wrap. If you are sending it straight to someone, enter their address at checkout and the packing slip goes out without prices on it.
Payment and security
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details. All major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay work.
