Shipping
Shipping is free on every order in the United States. We ship within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 7 to 14 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, write to us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. If something isn't right for you, email us your order number and a few words about what went wrong. In most cases we don't need the item back. The refund goes to your original payment method, and most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Arrived damaged or not working? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
The neck and shoulder massager
Does the heat get too hot? There are two settings, 104°F and 113°F. Start on the lower one.
How long does a charge last? 70 to 80 minutes, about five 15-minute sessions. It charges in about 3 hours by USB-C. The cable is included, the wall plug isn't.
Is it right for me? If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, a recent injury or a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
The rolling knife sharpener
Will it work on my knives? Most straight-edge kitchen knives, Western and Japanese. Not serrated knives, scissors or ceramic blades.
Which angle do I use? 20° for most Western kitchen knives, 15° for thinner Japanese blades.
Payment and security
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details. Major cards and Shop Pay work.
